摘要
用户对众包社区的参与行为可以分为初始的采纳阶段与采纳后的持续参与阶段。众包社区成功的关键在于用户的持续参与行为,即第二个阶段的行为。文章对用户第二个阶段的行为进行了实证研究,认为众包社区用户的持续参与意向主要受到用户满意度以及沉浸等因素的影响,而感知有用性对满意度有正向的影响,享受乐趣、虚拟社区感、自我肯定等因素会促使沉浸的形成。
Participation behavior can be divided into two stages: acceptance stage and post-acceptance stage,and the key of success of crowdsourcing lies in the second stage.On the basis of the empirical study on users' behavior at the second stage,it is believed that user's continuance participation intention is largely influenced by the factors as satisfaction and immersion,and the perceived usefulness has positive impact on satisfaction,while the factors of enjoyment,virtual community sense,and self-affirmation can lead to immersion.
