摘要
为使梯级水电站补偿效益分摊较好地兼顾到各水电站的利益、调动其参与联合调度的积极性,将熵权法与Shapley值法相结合,提出熵权Shapley值法,并建立熵权Shapley值效益分摊模型,将其应用于某流域梯级的三个水电站的效益分摊中。结果表明,该法不仅考虑了各水电站之间的公平性,同时兼顾了自身的装机容量、调节库容、额定水头和保证出力等个体特征;分摊结果公平合理,调动了龙头水电站参与梯级联合运行的积极性,有利于实现流域梯级联合运行及总效益最大的目标。
In order to make compensation benefits distribution of cascade hydropower station give attention to all the interests of the hydropower stations and mobilize their enthusiasm participating in joint operation,combination of entropy weight method and Shapley value is proposed in this paper.And then benefits distribution model of entropy weight and Shapley value is established,which is applied to benefit sharing of three hydropower stations in a basin cascade.The results show that this method not only considers the fairness of each power station,but also considers the individual characteristics of power station,such as installed capacity,regulating storage,rated head and guaranteed output power;the distribution results are relatively fair and reasonable;especially enthusiasm of tap station participating in joint operation of cascade is mobilized,which is in favor of achieving the joint operation and maximum benefits of basin cascade.
