摘要
乌东德、白鹤滩水电站是"西电东送"的骨干电源点,共有调节库容134. 56亿m^3,补偿效益明显。结合乌东德、白鹤滩的调度规则,以提高枯期保证出力为目标,分别从增加枯期供水量、提高枯期出力及增发电量三个方面对补偿效益进行了分析。经测算,在乌东德白鹤滩梯级电站的补偿调节下,向家坝枯期下泄流量提高了30. 0%,溪洛渡、向家坝两座电站枯期平均出力提高了188万k W、年平均增发电量59亿k W·h。
Wudongde and Baihetai cascade hydropower stations are backbone power point of power transmission from west to east.Two reservoirs have regulating capacity of 13.456 billion cubic meters,so the compensation benefit to downstream is obvious.Based on the dispatching rules of Wudongde and Baihetai cascade hydropower stations and taking the improvement of power station guaranteed output in dry season as object,the compensation benefits of two reservoirs are analyzed from three aspects of water supply increasing in dry season,power station guaranteed output in dry season and power generation.The calculations show that,under the compensation operation model of Wudongde and Baihetai cascade hydropower stations,the discharge flow of Xiangjiaba Reservoir in dry season is increased by 30.0%,and the output of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations in dry season is increased by an average of 1880MW and the annual average generation is increased by 5.9billion kW·h.
