摘要
游客满意度是旅游景区质量重要的测度指标,也是旅游景区发展的基础,科学测度游客满意度,采取针对性的措施不断提高游客满意水平,对于景区的可持续发展具有重要意义.研究以黄山风景区为例,借助SPSS统计分析软件,从游客体验视角,构建山岳型景区游客满意度测量维度模型,采用Fuzzy-IPA分析方法对黄山游客满意度进行测度研究.结果显示:①山岳型风景区游客满意测量模型包括景区交通、景观价值、景区环境、景区餐饮、景区住宿和购物娱乐等6个测量维度.②游客对黄山风景区的总体满意度评价为2.972,其中,游客对景观价值、景观环境和景区交通的满意度评价相对较高,对景区餐饮、景区住宿和购物娱乐的评价较低.③采用Fuzzy-IPA分析法分析黄山游客满意度测量指标,结果显示景观价值维度是黄山风景区游客重要性-满意度都较高的"优势区"、餐饮和住宿和购物娱乐等维度是黄山风景区重要性高-满意度低的"关注区".
Tourist satisfaction is an important measurement index of the tourist scenic spots quality and it is the foundation of the development of tourism scenic spots.Scientifically estimating tourist satisfaction and adopting the specific measures to improve tourist satisfaction levels is of great importance to the sustainable development of tourism scenic spots.Taking Mt.Huangshan as an example,with the help of statistical analysis software SPSS,the paper constructs tourist satisfaction measurement dimensions model of mountainous tourism scenic spots from tourists' perspective,and uses Fuzzy-IPA analysis method to conduct Mt.Huangshan tourist satisfaction measurement.The result shows that: ①mountainous tourism scenic spots tourist satisfaction measurement model consists of six dimensions,namely scenic spot transportation,landscape value,scenic spot environment,scenic spot catering,scenic spot lodging,shopping and entertainment.②Tourists' overall satisfaction level is 2.972 in Mt.Huang,tourists have a relatively high evaluation of landscape value,scenic spot environment and scenic spot transportation,and have a low evaluation of scenic spot catering,scenic spot lodging,shopping and entertainment.③ The Fuzzy-IPA shows that the dimension of landscape value is the "strength area" with high importance-high satisfaction,the dimensions of catering,lodging,shopping and entertainment are "attention area" with high importance-low satisfaction.
