摘要
金丝峡国家森林公园旅游资源奇特、类型丰富,游客数量逐年上升。满意度会决定游客是否会选择重游或推荐给他人,因此对其进行评价研究是必要的。以金丝峡国家森林公园为研究对象,在问卷调查及深度访谈的基础上,通过层次分析法构建了游客满意度评价指标体系,并采用Fuzzy-IPA对评价结果进行分析。结果表明,游客的满意度综合评价值为3.742,其中景观特色、观赏价值和资源丰富程度评价值分别为4.177、4.064和4.018,均达到满意水平。餐饮水平、交通情况和旅游产品满意度低,评价值分别为3.095、3.059和2.973。景观特色、观赏价值、资源丰富程度、安全设施及标示标牌是重要性高-满意度高的"优势区",交通情况是景区发展的"劣势区"。最后根据评价结论对景区发展及管理提出建议。
The number of tourists has increased year by year due to the peculiar and various kinds of tourismresources in Jinsixia National Forest Park.Tourists" satisfaction determine whether or not visitors will choose torevisit or recommend to others, so it is necessary to evaluate the tourist satisfaction. In the research the indexevaluation system of tourist satisfaction was built and Jinsixia was chosen as the research subject, with datacollected by way of issuing survey and indepth interview.The evaluation results were analyzed with fuzzy-IPAanalysis. The result shows that the value of tourist satisfaction is 3.742, the scores of the landscapecharacteristic, the ornamental value and the resource abundance are respectively 4.177,4.064 and 4.018, all ofwhich reach the satisfaction level. While the scores of the catering service, the traffic conditions and thetourism product are comparatively lower with 3.095, 3.059 and 2.973. It is found that the landscapecharacteristic, the ornamental value, the resource abundance,safety facilities and signboard are in the dominantregion of the importance -satisfaction,while the traffic condition is in the inferior region. Finally, suggestionswere proposed about the tourist development and management based on the evaluation conclusion.
