摘要
十多年的农村学校布局调整缺乏对由此带来的农村学生道德成长风险的关注。儿童道德成长风险是指儿童道德发展结果的不确定性和某种危害性后果出现的可能性。农村学生道德成长风险主要体现在家庭教育与亲情的缺位、学校内部道德环境趋于复杂、学生易遭社区不良道德文化的侵蚀等方面。文章指出,为引导学生趋向道德成长风险的正向发展可能性,规避负向可能性,使学校撤并这一教育事件成为他们道德创生的触发点,要摒弃经济理性主义,以促进学生健康成长为最终目的;加强调整合并学校后续建设,为学生道德成长创造有利条件;营造良好亲子关系,增强家庭教育的道德内涵;加强学校周边环境建设,创建良好的社区道德文化。
In the adjustment of the layout of rural schools in China during the last decade, little attention has been paid to its risks to students' moral development. Such risks refer to the unpredictability of children' s moral development and the possibility of harmful consequences. The risks to the moral development of students in rural areas involve mainly the absence of family education and affection, the increasing complexity of moral environment at schools and the susceptibility of students to the ill surroundings of their schools. This paper suggests minimizing the risks of students' moral development, thereby making the closure and merging of schools an opportunity of moral education. In order to do so, we must discard economic rationalism and give top priority to students' healthy growth, create favorable conditions for students' moral development by strengthening the management of newly-merged schools, increase moral contents of family education by estab- lishing admirable relations between parents and children, and create favorable moral culture of community by improving the cultural surroundings of schools.
