摘要
以总体国家安全观提出后,CNKI平台上我国国家安全教育相关文献为样本,从我国国家安全教育的基础理论、学校安全教育、文化安全教育、网络安全教育、公共卫生安全教育等方面进行分类梳理和评价,可以为我国国家安全教育理论研究和实践提供参考。我国国家安全教育理论体系尚未形成,研究中存在基础理论较弱、学校安全教育深度不足、文化安全教育针对性不强、网络安全教育不全面、公共卫生安全教育不充分等问题。未来我国国家安全教育研究需要完善顶层设计和制度保障研究、以人民安全为宗旨、既要贯彻传统安全教育又要重视非传统安全教育、加强国家安全教育评价研究、推进国家安全学学科建设等,应进一步促进我国总体国家安全教育实践。
This paper tries to sort and evaluate the basic theory, school security education, cultural security education, network security education, and public health security education in China according to the literature related to national security education in China on the CNKI after the overall national security outlook was proposed to provide references for the theoretical research and practice of national security education in China. The theoretical system of national security education in China has not yet been formed, and there are problems in the research such as weak basic theory, insufficient depth of school security education, poorly targeted cultural security education, incomplete network security education, and insufficient public health security education. Hence, future research on national security education in China needs to improve top-level design and institutional guarantee research, take people’s security as the purpose, implement both traditional and non-traditional security education, strengthen national security education evaluation research, and promote the construction of national security science disciplines to further promote the practice of overall national security education in China.
