在当今新形势下,积极有效地开展高校教师职称评聘工作,是推动高等教育改革发展的紧迫需要,也是高校提高教育质量实现自身发展目标的内在要求.新时期高校教师职称评聘工作的改革,要更新观念,坚持师德为先、教学为要、科研为基,完善分类管理.
In the new situation, actively and effectively carry out titles evaluation of colleges and universities teachers is the urgent need of promoting reform and development of higher education, and also is inherent requirements of colleges and universities to improve the quality of education to achieve their own development objectives. Titles evaluation of colleges and universities teachers reform in new era, needs update their concepts, adhere to ethics first, teaching and research based, improve the classification management.
