摘要
职称评聘是高校师资队伍建设的关键环节之一。当前,做好高校教师职称评聘工作,应该确定相应教师的基本工作量,推行按学科设岗,完善职称评聘分开的晋级制度,理顺高校"双肩挑"工作模式。
The evaluation and employment of professional tides is a key part in the development of college teachers. At present, in order to make it work well, colleges should fix the basic workload for each teacher, set posts according to subject, improve the promotion system by separating the evaluation from the employment and smooth the "double-shouldering" working mode.
