摘要
介绍了保暖面料的保暖机理及发展趋势,指出:要想提高织物的保暖性能,应在一定范围内增加织物能够夹持的静止空气量;未来的针织保暖面料朝着舒适化、时尚化、功能化、环保化方向发展。在此基础上选取棉毛拉绒、单面弹力起绒布、汗布3大类共25种针织面料,分别测试了热阻、保温率、厚度、克质量等参数,从原料、生产工艺参数、染整等方面分析影响保暖性的主要因素。结果表明:使用中空纤维Sunlite及单丝数较少的纱线,采用双罗纹组织,同时进行起绒整理,可以提高织物的保暖性能。
This paper introduces the warmth retention mechanism and developing trend of warmth-retentive fabrics and indicates that the trapped amount of stable air in the fabric should be increased in order to improve the thermal properties,and the future warmthretentive fabrics are developing towards comfort,fashion and environment protection.The raised interlock,raised elastic single knitted fabric and plain knitted fabric-3 categories and 25 kinds of fabrics are selected as samples,thermal resistance,heat retaining rate,thickness and weight per unit area are measured,and the main influencing factors including raw materials,producing technological parameters and dyeing and finishing processes are analyzed.The results show that the warmth-retentive properties can be effectively improved when employing hollow fiber Sunlite in relatively fewer number of filaments,taking interlock structure and applying raising finishing.
