摘要
列举了10种不同原料、不同结构保暖内衣面料的工艺参数,并对这10种面料的保暖性、透气性和拉伸弹性作了测试和分析,从中总结出影响保暖内衣性能的主要因素。最后对拉毛类保暖面料、三层保暖类保暖面料、中空棉保暖面料、双层盖组织弹力保暖面料这几种新型针织保暖面料进行了综合评价。
This paper lists the technological parameters of ten kinds of thermal underwear fabrics with different raw materials and different structures, tests and analyzes their thermal properties, air permeability and tensile properties, and summarizes the factors influencing the properties of the thermal underwear fabrics. In addition, this paper gives a comprehensive evaluation on four kinds of new type knitted thermal underwear fabrics including napped thermal fabric, tri-layered thermal fabric, hollow cotton thermal fabric and double-layer stitch elastic thermal fabric.
