摘要
为探究户外低温作业条件下服装实现防寒性能的通用设计模式,基于服装的防寒原理,分别从防寒材料、防寒结构和面料组合设计等方面对目前国内外学者在该领域的研究进展进行了详细的梳理和归纳,得到以下结论:低温环境下,作业服主要通过抑制人体内热传递,促进服装产热与吸热来提高保暖效果,同时需考虑人体出汗情况下的适当散热;主要技术手段包括使用具有温度智能响应型、纤维结构改良型的特殊材料,采取有效的结构设计手段,采用面料组合设计方法等,以实现户外低温作业服以防寒为主的防护性、工效性和舒适性的多功能集合。最后提出在未来户外低温作业服的开发中,应以防寒为首要目标,最大程度地提高作业效率,提升舒适感,以平衡服装各项性能之间的关系。
In order to explore the universal design mode of clothing for providing cold protective performance under outdoor and low temperature environment,the research progress which scholars had made in this field is detailed and summarized in aspects of cold protective materials,cold protective structure and fabric combination design based on the principle of cold protection of clothing.The results show that the working clothes for outdoor and low temperature environment could improve warmth mainly by decreasing heat loss of human body and promoting heat generation and absorption of clothing.Meanwhile,it is necessary to consider proper heat dissipation according to the change of working conditions.The main technical means include the use of new materials with intelligent temperature response characteristics and improved fiber structure,effective structural design and fabric combination methods and so on,to achieve a multi functional performance of outdoor working clothes in cold environment including protection(mainly for cold protection),ergonomics and comfort.In the future development of working clothes for outdoor and low temperature environment,a design principle that cold protection is the primary objective with improving work efficiency and enhancing comfort as much as possible is proposed to balance the relationship between performances of clothing.
