摘要
目的了解某综合性三甲医院不同年龄护理人员的防御方式和职业倦怠状况,探讨职业倦怠与防御方式的相关性,为护理人员职业倦怠的干预提供理论依据。方法选取该医院306名护理人员,采用职业倦怠问卷通用版(MBI-GS)和防御方式问卷(DSQ)分别对其职业倦怠状况和防御方式进行调查研究。结果该院护理人员职业倦怠总体检出率为12.42%,以情感耗竭维度检出率最高(5.88%)。72.55%护理人员倾向于选择成熟防御方式。不同年龄护理人员在职业倦怠各维度均存在显著差异(F=4.201,5.483,7.172;P<0.01),而在防御方式中仅在不成熟防御方式上差异显著(F=3.942,P<0.01)。职业倦怠与防御方式的关系研究显示,不成熟防御方式、中间型防御方式及掩饰因子均与职业倦怠呈正相关,成熟防御方式则与职业倦怠呈负相关。结论护理人员特定的防御方式可影响职业倦怠的发生、发展,采用成熟防御方式可有效降低职业倦怠的发生率,而采用不成熟防御方式则容易导致职业倦怠。
Objective To investigate the status of job burnout,defense style of nurses in different ages in a model hospital and their correlation,in order to provide evidences for the intervention of job burnout.Methods The Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS)and Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ)were distributed to 306 nurses in the hospital.Results The overall detection rate of job burnout from nurses was 12.42%,and the highest detection rate was from the dimension of emotional exhaustion(5.88%).72.55% of nurses used mature defense style.There were significant differences in job burnout(F=4.201,5.483,7.172;P0.01)and the immature defense style(F=3.942,P0.01)among nurses in different ages.The study on relationship between job burnout and defense style showed that there were positive correlation in the immature type,intermediate defense style,concealment and job burnout,and a negative one between mature defense style and job burnout.Conclusion Job burnout of nurses is closely related to their defense style,choosing mature defense style can effectively reduce the incidence of job burnout,so more importance should be attached to the role of defense style in the prevention and intervention for job burnout.
