摘要
目的探讨精神科护士工作倦怠的相关影响因素。方法采用工作倦怠量表(包括3个因子),对北京市某大型三级甲等精神专科医院随机抽取108名精神科护士进行工作倦怠的调查。结果护龄6~15年的工作倦怠发生率最高,为48.89%(χ2=7.891,P=0.048);夜班护士的工作倦怠发生率为42.47%,高于白班护士;大专以上者情绪衰竭明显(t=2.044,P=0.043);病房护士的去人格化倾向评分显著高于非病房(t'=2.792,P=0.007);男性个人成就感评分较女性高(t'=2.343,P=0.023)。而不同部门、性别、不同婚姻状况、职称、受教育程度者的工作倦怠发生率均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论参加护理工作时间和班次对工作倦怠的发生有较大影响。
Objective To explore the relevant factors of job burnout among psychiatric nurses.Methods A randomly selected sample of 120 psychiatric nurses from a large psychiatric hospital in Beijing completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) which was used to assess nurses burnout.Results Nurses who have 6~15 years of experience had the highest incidence of job burnout,it was 48.89%(χ2=7.891,P=0.048).Prevalence of burnout of night nurses 42.47% and higher than the day shift nurses.Nurses graduated from universities and colleges showe high levels of emotional exhaustion(t=2.044,P=0.043).Ward nurses' score was significantly higher on personification than non-ward nurses(t=2.792,P=0.007) Males score was higher on personal accomplishment than Female(t'=2.343,P=0.023).The different departments,gender,marital status,occupation,education level of job burnout showed no significant differences in the incidence rate(P0.05).Conclusion The findings suggest that length of the time employed and work schedule may be effective on job burnout.
