摘要
目的 寻找有效的减轻供肝缺血再灌注损伤的途径。方法 建立大鼠肝脏原位隔离冷灌注模型模拟整个肝移植过程 ,对供肝分别作药物预处理和缺血预处理 ,比较正常肝、预处理供肝、未预处理供肝的PCNA ,AST ,ALT ,LDH值。结果 与正常肝相比 ,药物预处理供肝、缺血预处理供肝、未预处理供肝肝损害程度依次加重。结论 预处理确实对供肝缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用 ;药物预处理的效果可能优于缺血预处理。
Objective To explore an effective way to alleviate ischemia reperfusion injury of the donor liver in liver transplantation. Methods The model of rat isolated liver cold perfusion was established to simulate the whole process of liver transplantation. The grafts were preconditioned with medicine or ischemia. The values of PCNA, AST, ALT and LDH in the normal liver, preconditioned grafts and non preconditioned grafts were determined and compared. Results The injury was aggravated from the normal liver, medicine preconditioned grafts, ischemia preconditioned grafts to non preconditioned ones. Conclusions Preconditioning can alleviate ischemia reperfusion injury. Medicine preconditioning might be more effective than ischemia one.
