摘要
在复杂肝切除术和肝移植时常面临缺血再灌注损伤的问题。近年来,中草药在防治肝脏缺血再灌注损伤中的作用尤其受到重视,高张盐水的临床应用也日益增多,中草药联合高张盐水对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的防治将是一个崭新的研究课题,本文对以上方面的研究进展进行综述。
We often encounter problems of hepatic ischemia reprefusion when carrying out hepatectomy and hepatic transplantation. In recent years, Chinese herbal medicine has received an adequate attention in prevention and cure of hepatic isehemia reprefusion. As clinical application of hypertonic saline has increased day by day, Chinese medicinal herbs combined with hypertonic saline will be a new reserch topic in prevention and cure of hepatic ischemia reprefusion. This study is to review the reserch progress in the above - mentioned fields.
