摘要
针对北京深埋暗挖地下工程的关键问题,构思城市深埋暗挖地下工程施工及设计方法。提出以新意法为主体,充分借鉴浅埋暗挖法的现有技术,将新意法与浅埋暗挖法的设计思想相结合,形成一种深埋暗挖地下工程的综合施工方法。即以新意法的超前加固核心土为基础,安全评估阶段需要采用双控标准(超前核心土的变形和既有结构的变形);设计及施工阶段,对于区间隧道采用全断面超前加固,全断面开挖;对于大断面车站结构采用超前加固,分断面开挖。监控量测阶段,需要监测超前核心土的预收敛变形和挤出变形、既有结构的变形、孔隙水压力等信息,并根据监测信息及时调整施工措施和地下水控制方法。该构设思路理论上适用于北京深埋暗挖地下工程的构筑。
Aimed at eliminating key problems arising out of deeply buried tunnels in Beijing,this paper features framework for design and construction methods tailored to cities.The paper introduces a novel integrated construction method for deeply buried tunnel construction,dominated by ADECO-RS method,based on reference from state of the art technology of shallow tunneling operation in Beijing,and combined with shallow tunneling approaches currently available.The specific combination centred around advance core soil defined by the ADECO-RS method as the basis consists of the three following stages.Safety assessment stage means the necessity of imposing double control standard,including both the advance core soil deformation and the existing structure deformation;design and construction stage necessitates the adoption of full face advance reinforcement and full section excavation method for the interval tunnel between stations and bench section excavation method for large section subway station;the monitoring and measuring stage involves the necessity of measuring the advance core pre-convergence deformation and extrusion deformation,the existing structure deformation,and pore water pressure,along with timely adjusting the construction measures and groundwater control method based on the monitoring information.The method proves theoretically suited to deeply buried tunnels in Beijing.
