摘要
建立了皮革样品中五氯酚的串联质谱分析方法，以m／z266为母离子，碰撞电压为0．8V，以子离子m／z230为定量离子，外标法定量。线性范围为0．1－10．0mg／L，检出限为0．005mg／kg，回收率为85．4％－102．5％，相对标准偏差为2．55％－3.55％。方法具有快速、准确的特点。
A new tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in leather was described.The conditions of the method including parent ion m/z 266, excitation voltage 0.8 V, product ion m/z 230 etc.were discussed throughly.The external standard by m/z 230 peak value was used for quantitative determination.The linear range(mg/L),detection limit(mg/kg), recorvery and RSD was 0.1~10.0,0.005, 85. 4% ~ 102. 5%, 2. 6% ~ 3. 6%, respectively.This method was rapid, simple and accurate.
