摘要
建立了测定中药材白术中多菌灵农药残留量的方法:反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),色谱柱为ODS不锈钢柱,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为35∶65),检测波长为281 nm.结果显示:多菌灵在0.45~108 ng进样量与峰面积有良好的线性关系,最低检出量为3.6×10-10g,最低检测质量浓度为0.022 5μg/mL.该方法简便、快速,适合同类中药材中多菌灵农药残留量的测定.
It was aimed to establish an HPLC method for the determination of carbendazol in Chinese Traditional Medicine Atractylodes macrocephala.The mobile phase constituted of methanol-water(35 ∶ 65).A C-18 column was used,and carbendazol was determined at the detection wavelength of 281 nm.In the linear range of 0.45~108 ng,the sample size and the peak area of carbendazol showed a good linear relationship,the limit of detection was 3.6×10+-10 g,the minimum detectable concentration was 0.022 5 μg/mL.The method was simple,rapid,reliable,suitable for the determination and safe control of residual carbendazol in this kind of Chinese Traditional Medicine.
