摘要
建立气相色谱法(GC)测定鳕鱼中五氯苯酚(PCP)残留量测量不确定度的评定方法。依据GC法建立PCP含量的数学模型,对各个不确定度因素进行评估、计算,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果在95%置信区间范围内的扩展不确定度,得到PCP含量测定结果为(10±1.64)μg/kg,其中样品处理对不确定度的贡献最大,因此在检测过程中应尽量提高实验结果的平行性,以保证结果的准确可靠。
The paper aims to analyze the uncertainty of measurement for determination of Pentachlorophenol (PCP) in codfishes by Gas Chromatography (GC) method. Mathematical mode was established through GC method, and the factors affecting the uncertainty were deduced. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated, from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtained in 95 % confidence intervals. The determined content of PCP in codfishes of this test is ( 10.0 ± 1.64) μg/kg. The results show that the uncertainty by sample processing is the most important factor and can not be ignored. Therefore, it is suggested that results parallelism should be increased as much as possible for ensuring accuracy.
