基于调制波修正的三电平死区补偿方法

摘要 详细分析了三电平逆变器死区效应产生的机理和影响,并深入研究了当前三电平逆变器死区补偿策略及其存在的问题。在此基础上,提出一种基于调制波修正的三电平死区补偿方法。首先判断调制波的正负和电流方向,根据二者的不同状态在载波的上升沿与下降沿对调制波进行相应的修正,修正后的调制波与载波比较得到理想情况下的PWM开关序列,达到死区补偿的目的。在基于TMS320F28335的三电平实验平台上进行了实验,实验结果验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。 This paper analyzes the mechanism and influence of the three-level dead-time effect and makes a deep research on the current three-level inverter dead-time compensation strategies and the existing problems.Based on this, a method of dead-time compensation based on the revision of modulation wave for three-level converter is proposed.First the split,the current direction of each arm and the polar of the modulation wave are judged.According to the different states of both in the rise, the modulation wave is accordingly corrected in rising edge or falling edge of the carrier wave.Then the ideal PWM switch series are getting by the comparison of modulation wave and carrier wave.The experimental results based on TMS320F28335 prove that this method is reasonable and effective.
