基于FPGA的三电平逆变器死区补偿方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 为防止逆变器桥臂直通,造成器件损坏,必须在同一桥臂互补的触发信号中加入死区。三电平逆变器中,存在两个死区状态,从+1到0过渡时,加入的死区状态为D1,从0到-1过渡时,加入的死区状态为D2。文章分析了三电平逆变器中电流流向不同时,两个死区状态对输出的影响,并提出了补偿方案。结合三电平逆变器SPWM控制方案,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性和实际可行性。 In order to prevent the short circuit of inverter,we must add the dead-area to the control signal.There are two dead-area states in three-level inverter,one is the state D1 used during the mutual transition from the state +1 to the state 0,the other is the state D2 used during the mutual transition from the state 0 to the state -1,This paper analyzes the effect of dead-area with different current directions in the three-level inverter on output,and presents the compensation method.By the experiment in the three-level inverter controlled by SPWM, we can prove that the analysis is correct and the method can be used in practice.
