摘要
变流器的零电流箝位效应会引起电压电流波形的畸变,导致变流器在频率较低的情况下控制性能很差,同时也会对电机产生不良的影响,因此针对变流器的零电流箝位效应的补偿算法研究很有必要。本文详细分析了零电流箝位效应的产生原因,同时给出了死区补偿算法及零电流箝位效应消除方法的原理,通过仿真验证,该方法可以有效的消除零电流箝位效应带来的影响,改善变流器在低频段的控制性能。
The effect of zero-current clamping causes distortions of voltage and current's waveform,and result in the control performance of converter at lower frequency becomes bad, also have an adverse effect on the motor, therefore it is necessary to have research on compensation algorithm for a zero current clamp effect. This paper analyzes the causes of zero current clamping effect ; gives a method to eliminate dead time compensation algorithm and the principle of zero current clamping effect,through the simulation,it can eliminate the impact of zero current clamping effect effectively.
