摘要
人力资源管理外包为中小企业的发展提供了新契机。外包管理具有很多优势和作用,但同时也存在一定的风险。中小企业应该完善外包流程,并分阶段采取相应的措施来规避、控制风险。
Human resouree management out-service provides an opportunity for the development of small and medium- sized enterprises. Management out-service has many advantages and functions as well as risks. Out-service procedures should be improved for small and medium-sized enterprises. Meanwhile, risks should be avoided by taking appropriate measures by stages.
