摘要
考察了CO2 加氢合成CH3 OCH3 反应中ZrO2 含量对Cu ZnO SiO2 ZrO2 催化剂的影响 .采用TPR ,XRD ,BET和TEM等技术对催化剂的结构形态、表面性质和ZrO2 的作用进行了研究 .结果表明 ,催化剂中加入ZrO2 能提高催化剂的比表面积及CO2 转化率和CH3 OCH3 产率 ,降低最佳反应温度 ;ZrO2 含量以 2 %~ 3%为佳 .催化剂中的CuO以三种形式存在 :小晶粒CuO ,聚集的无定形CuO及均匀分散的无定形CuO .ZrO2 的作用是将均匀分散的无定形CuO转变成聚集的无定形CuO ,增加活性中心数目 。
Cu ZnO SiO 2 ZrO 2 catalyst was prepared by sol gel method. Effect of ZrO 2 on Cu ZnO SiO 2 ZrO 2 catalyst for synthesis of dimethyl ether from CO 2 and H 2 was investigated by TPR, XRD, TEM etc . Higher CO 2 conversion and CH 3OCH 3 yield were obtained when the content of ZrO 2 in the catalyst was 2%~3%. Proper amount of ZrO 2 made the yield increase and the best reaction temperature decrease. CuO in the catalyst was in three kinds of forms: crystallite, conglomerated amorphous form, and uniformly dispersed amorphous form. ZrO 2 made the uniformly dispersed amorphous CuO become the conglomerated one, and the crystallite become smaller.
