第三组分修饰的CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5对合成气制二甲醚催化性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF THE THIRD ADDITIVES ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SYNGAS TO DME ON CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5 CATALYSTS

摘要 本文采用XRD和TPR技术及固定床反应装置对第三组分改性的CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5催化剂的特性和合成气制二甲醚的催化性能进行考察.结果表明:通过对CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5添加第三组分金属氧化物,能有效的促进氧化锌的分散,同时也能够抑制催化剂在使用过程中活性中心的长大,另外,MnO2和ZrO2的加入,能加强活性中心与HZSM-5之间的相互作用,因而提高了催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性.其中以MnO2改性的效果最好,其最佳含量为CuO/MnO2=10∶.1. Many characteristics of CuO - ZnO/HZSM - 5 catalysts were compared by means of XBD and TPR techniques. The performance of syngas to DME was investigated by using fixed - bed reactor. Results showed that after adding ZrO2、MnO2、Al2O3 additives to CuO -ZnO/HZSM- 5 catalyst, the degree of dispersion of active component was increased and the size of crystallite of active component was controlled when the catalyst was used. According to TPR, after adding ZrO2, MnO2 additives to CuO -ZnO/HZSM -5 catalyst, the interaction of active component and HZSM -5 was enhanced, so the catalyst activity was increased and the selectivity of DME was also improved. But the catalyst of adding MnO2 was the best, the load of MnO2 was CuO/MnO2 equal to 10.
