摘要
采用正交试验方法,研究了微生物肥用量、IAA用量、打顶时期与上部烟叶品质及青筋烟比例的关系,提出了郴州市烤烟"控青提质"的栽培技术方案,即旺长期与成熟期使用微生物肥1.5包对水15 kg喷施、开花期打顶,旺长期与成熟期喷施30 mg/L吲哚乙酸。此组合能明显提高上部烟叶品质,显著降低青筋烟的比例。
The relationship between quality of upper tobacco leaves, proportion of greenish tobacco leaves and main factors of tobacco cultivation （microbial fertilizer dosage, IAA dosage and topping period） were researched by orthogonal experiment. Then, the cultivation techniques about controlling green and improving quality for flue-cured tobacco in Chengzhou City were proposed, which are as follows： mixing 1.5 packets of microbial fertilizer with 15 kg of water to spray at vigorous growth period and mature period, topping at blossom period, spraying 30 mg/L of indoleacetic acid at vigorous growth period and mature period. These cultivation techniques can significantly increase the quality of upper tobacco leaves and decrease proportion of greenish tobacco leaves.
