摘要
研究表明:随着打顶时期的推迟,烤烟上部叶长宽比降低,栅栏组织、海绵组织和叶片总厚度逐渐下降,有利于物理特性的形成;上部叶烟碱、石油醚提物和灰分含量下降,而总糖、还原糖、钾素、淀粉、多酚含量逐渐升高;打顶早晚对总氮影响不明显。总体上以中心花开放期烟叶理化性状最好,适当再推迟打顶也有较好的表现。
Effect of different topping stages on physical property and chemical compounds in upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco were studied and the results indicated that the earlier topping was done, the higher content of nicotine there was in the leaf. When stages of central flower topping or all-flower topping, there was the excellence effect on physical property and chemical compoands in upper leaf of flue-cured tobacco.
