菌根烟苗移栽后菌根的发育及其效应研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用漂浮育苗技术获得菌根烟苗后,通过盆栽试验,比较菌根烟苗和移栽时接种烟苗的菌根发育、侵染率、植株生物量和植株营养状况。结果表明,移栽菌根烟苗,AM真菌二次侵染发生时间短,并形成大量根外菌丝,植株营养状况和生物量均显著高于移栽时接种的烟苗和不接种烟苗。所以,移栽菌根烟苗较好地解决了移栽后AM真菌生长与侧根生长之间的矛盾,可迅速发挥菌根效应,缩短缓苗期。 Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) tobacco seedlings were obtained by floating tray technique. Fungal colonization, plant biomass and nutrition status of tobacco seedlings that inoculated AM fungi ever before (BT) or just at the transplantation (JT) were investigated in the present work. Compared with the AM - free or JT seedlings, better nutrient status and higher hiomass were investigated. Furthermore, higher infection rate, earlier hypbel development and more perfect mycorrhizal innerstructure in root cells were also observed. As a result, a slow growth period after the transplantation was obtained in BT seedlings.
