摘要
目的观察干燥综合征(SS)大鼠白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)水平的变化及新风胶囊(Xinfeng Capsules,XFC)对其的影响。方法采用弗氏完全佐剂及同种鼠颌下腺抗原联合诱导干燥综合征动物模型,以新风胶囊(Xin Feng Capsules,XFC)灌胃治疗,并以硫酸羟氯喹片(Hydroxychloro-quine Sulfate,HCQ)、白芍总苷胶囊(Total Glucosides Of Paeony Capsules,TGP)灌胃作为对照,每日用饮水瓶及电子称测量大鼠的饮水量和体质量,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-10、TNF-α、IL-17的表达。结果新风胶囊组与对照组比较,饮水量显著减少,体质量显著增加,大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-17表达显著降低,IL-10表达显著升高。结论新风胶囊通过下调TNF-α、IL-17,上调IL-10,发挥免疫抗炎作用,是其治疗干燥综合征的作用机理之一。
Objective To observe the levels of interleukin-10（IL-10）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）and interleukin-17（IL-17）and the impacts of xinfeng capsules on them for the rats with sjogren syndrome（SS）.Methods SS animal model was co-induced by Freund＇s adjuvant complete and the salivary gland antigen of the homogeneity rat and was treated with gastric infusion of xinfeng capsules（XFC）.The rats in control group were treated with the gastric infusion of hydroxychloroquine sulfate（HCQ）and the total glucosides of paeony capsules（TGP）.The drinking bottle and electronic scale were used to measure the drinking amount and body mass of rat every day.The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELIA）was adopted to detect the expressions of IL-10,TNF-α and IL-17.Results Compared with the control group,in XFC group,the drinking amount was reduced significantly and the body mass was increased significantly.The expressions of TNF-α and IL-17 got lower significantly and the expression of IL-10 got higher significantly.Conclusion Xinfeng capsules down-regulate the expressions of TNF-α and IL-17,up-regulate the expression of IL-10 and bring the immune function and anti-inflammation into play,which is one of the mechanisms of the treatment of sjogren syndrome.
