摘要
临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段。要搞好临床实习,应充分认识临床医学的实践性,注重培养医学生作为医生的责任感。通过引导学生用良好的方法管理病人,如"3W"的思维方式,利用临床实习现场教学生动、具体的有利条件,采用PBL教学辅以教学查房等方式,使医学生通过临床实习,巩固三基知识,养成良好的医疗作风和基本的临床思维能力。
Clinical practice is an important period of medical education.In order to improve clinical practice,It should be fully aware of the practical features of clinical medicine,focusing on training medical students a sense of responsibility as a doctor.To cultivate students＇ good management of patients,such as ＂3W＂ way of thinking,the use of clinical practice on-site teaching vivid,specific favorable conditions,the use of PBL teaching and didactical clinical consultation will consolidate three basic knowledge and develop a good style and basic medical clinical thinking skills for medical students through clinical practice.
