32例新生儿败血症降钙素原和C反应蛋白检测结果分析

摘要 目的:探讨降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度检测在新生儿败血症诊治中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的32例新生儿败血症患者(观察组)血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白检测结果,并与同期40例正常新生儿(对照组)血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白检测结果作对比分析。结果:观察组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白浓度及血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白检测对新生儿败血症的早期诊断有一定应用价值。 Objective: To evaluate procaleitonin (PCT) and C - reactive protein (CRP) concentration detection in diagnosis and treatment of neonatal sepsis in the application. Methods: A retrospective analysis in our hospital, 32 eases of neonatal sepsis patients (study group) serum proealeitonin and C - reactive protein test results, and compared with 40 normal neonates (control group) serum proealcitonin and C - reactive protein test results for comparative analysis. Results : Serum procalcitonin and C - reactive protein and serum procalcitonin and C - reactive protein was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Serum procalcitonin and Creactive protein in early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis havea certain application
