摘要
对云南某高硫铅锌矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,并据此制定了选矿试验原则流程。对铅、锌浮选的药剂制度进行了详细研究,按研究确定的闭路试验流程进行了全流程试验,获得铅品位为43.15%、回收率为73.37%的铅精矿,锌品位为47.25%、回收率为84.94%的锌精矿,硫品位为48.10%、回收率为74.05%的硫精矿。研究还表明,铜在铅、锌精矿中的品位均较低,分别为1.57%和1.30%,但达到了铅、锌精矿冶炼综合回收铜所要求的品位;回收率分别为23.66%和28.69%,总回收率为52.35%。
Studied the technological mineralogy of a lead-zinc polymetallic ore which contain highly pyrite from yunnan province,and established the principle flowsheet of beneficiation test process by it.Carriedout a detailed study about flotation agents system of lead and zinc,and the closed-circuit test according to the research.The results indicated that it could obtain the lead concentrate with 43.15% grade and 73.37% recovery;the zinc concentrate with 47.25% grade and 84.94% recovery;the pyrite concentrate with 48.10% grade and 74.05% recovery.The study results also indicated that the copper content in lead concentrate and zinc concentrate was lowly,were 1.57% and 1.30%,which reached the recover required of smelting,the copper recovery in lead concentrate and zinc concentrate were 23.66% and 28.69%,the total recovery was 52.35%.
