摘要
对含硫铁精矿的试验研究表明,直接用选厂现有的工艺流程对铁精矿进行降硫难以达到所要求的质量标准。从原矿入手,对选厂的工艺流程进行改造,采用浮选-磁选联合流程,在浮选作业中以M ec II与丁基黄药混合做组合捕收剂,再加适量硫酸调整矿浆pH值为5,得到了铁精矿含铁65.36%、含硫0.171%,铁回收率81.67%的指标,达到了生产要求。
The experimental study on sulphur-bearing iron concentrate showed that using the existing operation process to desulphurize the concentrate could not reach to the required quality standards. The flotation-magnetic separation was adopted instead of the existing process in this study. The combined collector of Mec Ⅱ and butylxanthate was used. The pH value was adjusted to 5 by adding sulphuric acid. Good indexes were obtained as the following: grade of Fe concentrate, 65.36% ; sulphur content of 0. 171% ; recovery of Fe, 81.67%. It met the requirement of production quality.
