摘要
为规范临床教学管理,设计了护理实习档案,包括学生基本信息、学生出勤考核表、科室对学生实习情况评价表、学生对科室带教评价表、特殊事件报告登记5个部分。将护理实习档案应用于临床实习管理后,护理部能及时、客观、全面地反映学生实习情况,增强了学生的纪律意识,调动了学生积极性,有利于护理教学质量的持续改进,同时为筛选生源地和留用优秀学生提供了可靠的依据。
In order to standardize the management of clinical teaching,we designed the clinical teaching management documentation for clinical practice.The documentation included students＇ basic information and attendance form,evaluation form by clinical teachers,evaluation form by students,and registration form for special or accident events.The application of clinical teaching management documentation reflected the students＇ performance in clinical practice timely,objectively and comprehensively,enhanced their sense of discipline,motivated their positivity,promoted the continuous quality improvement of clinical teaching,and provided reliable reference for the selection of candidate schools and nursing students.
