摘要
目的:探讨PDCA管理法在妇科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:运用PDCA管理法进行妇科临床护理带教。结果:实施PDCA进行带教的实习护生在妇科临床带教满意度及带教老师、病人对护生的满意度、护生出科考试成绩等方面均高于采用传统教学管理的护生。结论:采用PICA管理,大大提高了护生的专业操作能力、护患沟通能力、整体护理病历书写能力,提高了教、学、患3方满意度,显著提高了妇科临床护理带教质量。
[Objective]To discusses the application of PDCA method in clinical nursing teaching of Gynecology.[Method] The clinical nursing guidance and teaching were used the PDCA.[Result]In December,2008 - December,2009,the satisfacton degree of nursing students' to the teaching teachers and their guidance,patients to the nursing students and the scores are significantly higher than those in December,2007 to December,2008.[Conclusion]The Gynecology nurse teaching management in the application of PDCA cycle,can significantly improve the overall quality of nursing students,and ensure the quality of clinical teaching.
