摘要
目的运用以能力为核心的护理教学模式,提高护理本科生的临床能力。方法将护理本科生设为研究组和对照组;对照组采用传统临床带教方法,研究组采用以能力为核心的护理教学模式,运用护理本科生临床能力测评问卷及出科综合考核成绩进行评价。结果两组比较,研究组测评及考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以能力为核心的护理教学模式在内科实习中的应用是有效的,该教学模式有助于提高护理本科生的临床能力。
Objective To apply competence-based nursing teaching to improve the clinical competence of the undergraduate nursing students. Methods The undergraduate nursing students were divided into the control and study groups,and in the former,conventional apprentice teaching was applied and the students in the study group had competence-based nursing teaching. A questionnaire for assessing the clinical competence and comprehensive clinical examinations were adopted for evaluating the clinical competence of the undergraduate students at the end of the training. Results Compared to the control group, the study group had significantly higher scores for their clinical competence( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Competence-based nursing teaching is effective for application in the undergraduate nursing students for practice in the internal medicine department, and this teaching strategy may help improve the clinical competence of the students.
