摘要
[目的]了解泰安市泰山区性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病相关知识知晓、行为和HIV感染状况,为制定防治策略提供依据。[方法]对2009年4~7月在泰安市泰山区综合医院性病门诊就诊的男性进行艾滋病相关知识、行为调查,并检测HIV和梅毒抗体。[结果]合计调查380人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为89.74%;最近3个月与暗娼人群发生性行为的占32.11%,最近1年患过性病的55例（尖锐湿疣25例、淋病17例、生殖器疱疹6例、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染5例、梅毒2例）;有高危行为史者性病罹患率为26.26%,无高危行为史者性病罹患率为1.65%（P〈0.01）;最近1年接受过HIV检测的占10.53%。梅毒抗体阳性率为4.85%。[结论]泰山区性病门诊就诊者艾滋病知识知晓率较低,且大多有高危性行为。
[Objective]To understand the AIDS-related knowledge,behaviors and HIV infection among male visitors to STD clinic in Taishan district,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating related strategies.[Methods]From April to July 2009,male visitors were surveyed in the STD clinic of general hospital about AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors,and blood samples were taken for HIV and syphilis testing.[Results]380 cases were surveyed,the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 57.63%,32.11% cases had sex with CSW in the last 3 months,14.47% cases had STD in the last year（25 cases had genital warts,17 cases had gonorrhea,6 cases had genital herps,5 cases had genital Chlamydia trachomatis infection,and 2 cases had syphilis）,STD prevalence was 26.26% and 1.65% in those with and without high risk behaviors（P〈0.01）,10.53% cases had accepted HIV test in the last year,the syphilis antibody positive rate was 4.85%.[Conclusion]The awareness rate or AIDS-related knowledge among male visitors to STD clinic is low in Taishan district,Most of them have high risk behaviors.
