甘薯等7种植物NPR1基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:4

摘要 水杨酸介导的植物系统获得性抗性的正向关键调控基因NPR1功能上在许多植物中极其保守。本研究利用生物信息学相关软件对以甘薯NPR1基因为主要分析对象的7个NPR1基因的核苷酸序列及其相应氨基酸序列的组成成分、氨基酸翻译后修饰、导肽、跨膜结构域、疏水性/亲水性、蛋白质二、三级结构以及功能结构域等进行分析。结果表明:该类基因属于不具信号肽的疏水性蛋白,α-螺旋和无规则卷曲是蛋白质二级结构最大量的结构元件,β-转角和延伸链散布于整个蛋白质中,具有BTB/POZ和ANK功能结构域。这一结果可为植物NPR1的结构与功能分析及利用研究提供进一步的信息与参考。 The. key regulator of salicylic acid(SA)-mediated systemic acquired resistance(SAR), NPRl(nonexpressor of pathogenesis-related genes 1)is functionally conserved in diverse plant species. In the present study, 7 NPR1 genes from different plants, which were registered in GenBank, were analyzed and predicted by the tools of bioinformatics in the following aspects: the composition of nuclei acid sequences and amino acid sequences, signal peptide, transmembrane structure, hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity, secondary and tertiary structure of protein , molecular phylogenetic evolution and so on. The results are as follows: NPR1 is a hydrophobicity protein without a signal peptide; The main motif of the predicted secondary structure of NPR1 are alpha helix and random coil, beta turn and extended strand are scattered in the whole secondary structure of protein; The NPR1 proteins have BTB/POZ and ANK function domains. The work would be of great information and values for the further structure and function study and utilization of plant NPR1.
