摘要
目的:建立测定蒙药哈尼雅登-11中栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定蒙药哈尼雅登-11中栀子苷的含量。结果:栀子苷在5.030～50.30μg/mL范围内呈良好的线形关系,回归方程Y=4418.1+1738341.1 X(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.86%,RSD为0.47%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于蒙药哈尼雅登-11中栀子苷的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a determination method for content of geniposide in Haniyadeng-11.Methods： To determine the content of geniposide by HPLC.Results：Geniposide had a linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 5.030～50.30mg/mL and the regression equation was Y=4418.1＋1738341.1 X（r=0.9998）;The average recovery of geniposide was 97.86% and RSD was 0.47%.Conclusion： This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for determination of geniposide content in Haniyadeng-11.
