摘要
目的:建立焦栀子配方颗粒中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为WelchAQ-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相;检测波长为238nm;流速1.0ml/min。结果:栀子苷在0.1021~1.6340μg范围内,进样量与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=1.0000,n=5);平均加样回收率为96.54%,RSD=1.14%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、稳定、准确可靠、重复性好,可用于焦栀子配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method of determining the contents of geniposide in dispensing granules of car- bonized fructus gardeniae. Methods:HPLC was performed on Welch AQ-C18 column (4.6 minx250 mm,5~m) with acetonitrile-water (15:85)as mobile phase,detection wavelength of 238 nm and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results: There was a good linear relationship (r=1.0000, n=5 ) between injection volume and peak area at the range of geni- poside 0.1021-1.6340 p,g, and the average recovery was 96.54%, RSD was 1.14%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is simple ,rapid,stable,accurate and repeatable, so it can be used for quality control of dispensing granules of car- bonized fructus gardeniae.
