摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定栀子黄柏口服液中栀子苷的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水（25：75）;流速：1.0 mL/min;检测波长：238 nm;柱温：30℃.结果 栀子苷浓度在2.550 ～ 127.5 μg/mL范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好（r =0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.93％,RSD为2.43％（n=6）.结论 本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于栀子黄柏口服液中栀子苷的含量测定.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Zhizi huangbai oral solution. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-CI8 （4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （ 25 ： 75 ） , the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was at 238 nm, the column tempera- ture was at 30 ℃. Results A good linear correlation of geniposide was observed within the range of 2. 550 - 127.5 μg/mL （ r =O. 999 9 ）. Tbe average recovery was 99. 93 % with RSD 2. 43 % （ n =6 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate,it can be used for the determination of geniposide in Zhizi huangbai oral solution.
