摘要
波纹填料结构在工作过程中常发生残缺、碎裂的现象,对减压塔高效、持续的工作造成严重影响。研究表明,流体的流动特性及介质的化学性质对填料结构失效影响显著;针对波纹填料的流体诱发振动现象及填料的腐蚀疲劳,通过理论分析,推导出了反映各因素对波纹填料失效影响的理论公式。研究结果表明,流体诱发振动和腐蚀疲劳导致了填料结构碎裂的发生,通过优化填料的结构尺寸,能够有效地延长填料的使用寿命。
The corrugated packing of vacuum tower breaks down easily,which affects the tower′s efficiency greatly.Both the flow behavior and chemical nature of fluid medium do affect the failure of corrugated packing,to analyse the shake of the packing caused by the flow and the corrosion fatigue of the corrugated packing,the paper deduced the formula which reflects all the factors′ affection on the failure of packing.Research indicates that the shake caused by the flow and the corrosion fatigue result the stress corrosion fatigue of corrugated packing,optimizing the structure and the size of packing would extend the life span of packing.
