摘要
减压塔是常减压装置蒸馏过程中主要的设备之一,减压塔的运行状况直接影响着常减压装置的分离能力。本文通过参与大修腐蚀情况调查,对某炼油厂常减压装置减压塔填料腐蚀现状进行分析,同时运用能谱分析等手段,对减压塔填料材质的选用是否达到标准进行判断,对填料表面腐蚀产物进行分析。找出常减压装置减压塔填料腐蚀的主要腐蚀物质及腐蚀机理,提出腐蚀防护和选材的建议措施。
Vacuum tower is one of the major equipments in crude oil distillation unit and its operatingcondition directly affects the separation capacity of crude oil distillation unit. By comparing the corrosionconditions of vacuum tower packing two refineries in China and then use spectrum analysis tools, thematerial is determined whether reached the standard requirements. Find out the main corrosive substanceand corrosion mechanism that lead to corrosion of packing in vacuum tower, and propose measures aboutcorrosion protection and selection.
