摘要
对石化设备碱洗与应力腐蚀破裂关系作了分析,特别对炼油厂加氢装置为防止连多硫酸应力腐蚀破裂的碱洗和涤纶厂PTA装置为催化剂再生的碱洗可能产生应力腐蚀破裂及其防止措施作了讨论。
The relation on alkali cleaning and stress corrosion cracking （SCC） in petrochemical equipment were analyzed in the paper. Alkali cleaning for prevent polythionic acid SCC in refinery hydrogenating unit and for catahst regenerate in polyester fibres plant PFA unit can produce SCC and prevent measures were discussed.
