摘要
目的建立测定心可舒胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax Extend C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(77∶23)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0.035 2～1.408μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=1.57%(n=9)。结论所用方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,适合于心可舒胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Xinkeshu Capsule.Methods The RP-HPLC analysis was performed on the Agilent Zorbax Extend C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of methanol-water（77 ∶23）.The detective wavelength was at 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results Tanshinone ⅡA showed the good linearity during the concentration range of 0.035 2-1.408 μg（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery rate was 98.20%,RSD was 1.57%（n=9）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Xinkeshu Capsule.
