摘要
目的建立活血镇痛胶囊的质量控制方法。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别方中当归、延胡索、冰片,用反相高效液相色谱法测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量。结果鉴别方法简便、专属;定量方法简便、准确,丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0.035 2～1.408μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为96.46%,RSD=1.91%(n=9)。结论所建立的定性、定量方法能有效控制活血镇痛胶囊的质量。
Objective To establish the quality control method for Huoxue Zhentong Capsule.Methods TLC was performed to identify Chinese angelica,corydalis tuber and borneol in the preparation.HPLC was used to determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA.Results The TLC identification was simple and highly specific.The method of content determination was simple and accurate.The linearity of tanshinone ⅡA was obtained over the range of 0.035 2-1.408 μg（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery rate of tanshinone ⅡA was 96.46%with RSD of 1.91%（n=9）.Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative method is effective to control the quality of Huoxue Zhentong Capsule.
