高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌发病的关系 被引量：16

摘要 子宫颈癌发病率位居女性恶性肿瘤第2位,仅次于乳腺癌.2008年的诺贝尔生理医学奖获得者德国的Harald zur Hausen教授系统地揭示了人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染与宫颈癌的关系,提出HPV感染是宫颈癌发生的根本原因[1].此后,宫颈癌和女性生殖道HPV感染的相关研究不断深入.近年研究证实,HPV感染使得宫颈癌年轻患者（＜35岁）发病率呈上升趋势[2],所以,HPV感染与宫颈癌发生的关系倍受关注.
