摘要
目的探讨Caveolin-1与P53在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化检测63例食管鳞癌组织,20例食管鳞状上皮非典型增生及15例正常食管鳞状上皮中Caveolin-1与P53蛋白的表达。结果食管癌中Caveolin-1与P53的表达高于正常食管黏膜、非典型增生食管黏膜(P<0.05);Caveolin-1的表达与淋巴结转移、病理学分级及临床分期有关,而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、浸润深度无关(P>0.05);P53的表达与淋巴结转移、浸润深度有关,而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、病理分级及临床分期无关(P>0.05)。Spearm an等级相关分析显示Caveolin-1与P53表达呈正相关(r=0.519,P=0.000)。结论 Caveolin-1与P53过表达可能是食道癌发生、发展以及浸润转移的重要原因之一,Caveolin-1可能上调P53的活性,联合检测可判断食管癌的预后。
Objective To study the expression of Caveolin-1 and P53 proteins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.MethodsWe tested Caveolin-1 and P53 proteins by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray in 63 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 15 cases of normal esophageal squamous cell.ResultsThe expressions of Caveolin-1 and P53 was significantly higher in esophageal carcinoma than in normal esophageal mucosa,and esophageal dysplasia(P〈0.05);Caveolin-1 expression and lymph node metastasis,pathological grade and clinical stage,but not with age,gender,tumor size,invasive depth independent(P〉0.05).P53 expression and lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion,but not with patient age,gender,tumor size,pathological grade and clinical stage(P〉0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of Caveolin-1 was positively correlated with P53(r=0.519,P=0.000).ConclusionCaveolin-1 and P53 overexpression may be the occurrence of esophageal cancer,development and metastasis is one of the important reasons,and the Caveolin-1 may increase the activity of P53.The joint test can determine the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
