摘要
目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、p53和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在食管癌患者的表达及与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期的关系。方法选取2009年3月至2013年4月收治的49例食管癌患者,于手术过程中取肿瘤组织及癌旁组织标本,检测所有标本中COX-2、p53和PCNA的水平,并分析其表达水平与患者临床特征的相关性。结果低分化食管癌患者肿瘤组织中COX-2的阳性率明显高于中、高分化癌患者(P<0.05)。TNM分期0~Ⅱ期食管癌患者肿瘤组织中COX-2的阳性率低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者(P均<0.05)。所有患者癌组织中COX-2、p53和PCNA的阳性率明显高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05)。结论 COX-2、p53和PCNA在食管癌癌组织中呈高表达,其对于肿瘤恶性程度的判断有一定临床价值。
] Objective To explore the expressions of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) ,p53 gene and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in patients with esophageal cancer and their association with tumor differentiation degree and clinical staging. Methods Forty-nine patients with esophageal carcinoma admitted from March 2009 to April 2013 were recruited. The samples of tumor tissues and para-cancer tissues were taken in performing operation. The levels of COX-2, p53 and PCNA in samples were all detected, and the relationship between expression levels and clinical features was analyzed. Results The positive rate of COX-2 in low-differentiation tumor tissues was signifi- cantly higher than that in high-differentiation tumor tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). According to TNM staging of tumor tissues, the positive rates of COX-2 in 0 -Ⅱ phases were significantly lower than those in Ⅲ-Ⅳphases (P 〈0.05). The positive rates of COX-2,p53 and PCNA in cancer tissues were all higher than those in para-cancer tissues (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusions COX-2, p53 and PCNA in cancer tissues of patients with esophageal cancer present overex- pression, and this has a certain value for judging malignant degree of esophageal carcinoma.
